With Avocado and Sherry Marie Rose sauce with toasted Baguette

Beetroot Vodka Gravadlax Blini

Cured Salmon with horseradish and dill topped with pickled cucumber fennel salad on Blini

Mushroom and Truffle Pâté (VG)

Served with Baguette 

Mains

Turkey Paupiette 

Fresh Turkey Paupiette wrapped in bacon with fresh stuffing, sauteed sweet and sour red cabbage, potato Sarladaises, roasted brussels and Sweet potato Purée 

10oz Striploin Steak

Served with Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Almandine green beans, and Béarnaise Sauce

Chou Farci (VG)

Cabbage parcel stuffed with pearl barley, roasted root vegetables, pickled walnuts, and dried apricots. Served with potato Sarladaises and Veg Jus 

Desserts

Mini Croquembouche 

Puff pastry filled with Chantilly cream dipped in caramel 

Dark Chocolate Truffles

Dusted in Cocoa Powder

Poires à la Beaujolaise (VG)

Poached pears in red wine and spices
